We've selected and ordered carpets, furniture, and dishes. Builidng continues on the kitchen area, and we hope to have that completed by early June. We would like to thank all of you who made menu suggestions. We will be featuring a steak and seafood menu. We will also be using as much locally sourced seafood, beef, and vegetables as possible.

The planters are built and filled with rich soil. Our lettuces are sprouting, and we'll be planting more after Mother's day, the official start of the growing season here in Florence.
